實驗室公正性及保密性聲明書

詎詮科技驗證顧問有限公司，產品安規檢測業務接受國際電子電機委員會電工產品合格測試與認證組織(IECEE)和財團法人全國認證基金會(TAF)等的指導和監督，為保證我們檢測工作的公正性承諾和保密聲明，特作如下聲明：

To ensure impartiality, independence and integrity of our testing work,

Prodigy Technology Consultant Co., Ltd. accepts the guidance and supervision of Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF), and IECEE, and hence makes the statements:

一、       公正性承諾：

Commitment to impartiality:

(一)      本實驗室承諾對所有的顧客以公正、獨立及透明的方式，提供各項測試服務，成為符合國際要求之ISO 17025測試實驗室。

Laboratory promises to provide various testing services to all customers in a fair, independent and transparent manner, and to become an ISO 17025 testing laboratory that meets international requirements.

(二)      本實驗室各項政策、流程及程序皆無歧視性，各項測試服務皆為公開提供各界運用。

The policies, processes and procedures of the laboratory are non-discriminatory, and all testing services are open to the public for use by all walks of life.

(三)      本實驗室不提供任何影響或可能導致公正性風險之服務，且不因顧客的背景區別影響測試品質，保證測試結果客觀性。

Laboratory does not provide any services that affect or may cause impartiality risks, and does not affect test quality due to differences in customer backgrounds, ensuring the objectivity of test results.

(四)      本實驗室重視測試活動中可能產生之利害衝突情形，保證測試結果不受諸如上級機關、政府部門、顧客、同行等的影響。

Laboratory pays attention to conflicts of interest that may arise during testing activities and ensures that test results are not affected by superior authorities, government departments, customers, peers, etc.

(五)      參與本實驗室測試活動之所有人員皆應於任職時須簽署「員工任職約定書」，聲明其無任何可能影響其公正性的不當商業、財務或其他壓力，並承諾當發生利害關係時，揭露其可能的利害衝突。

(六)      本實驗室透過年度定期內部稽核、管理階層審查及風險管理流程，持續識別影響公正性的風險，採取回避措施，盡可能減少在實驗室活動中由於人員的關係而引發的公正性風險。

保密性聲明：

Confidentiality Statement:

(一)    本實驗室承諾保護所有顧客的技術性資料、樣品和測試報告等機密信息和所有權，除用於為顧客提供試驗結果外，不向任何無關人員和機構洩漏或用於其他目的。

Laboratory is committed to protecting the confidential information and ownership of all customers’ technical data, samples, test reports, etc., and will not disclose it to any unrelated person or institution or use it for other purposes except for providing test results to customers.

(二)    本實驗室於測試活動中所獲得顧客之資訊，不得於未經顧客書面同意前洩露予任何第三人或做任何與委託無關目的之使用。

The customer's information obtained by the laboratory during testing activities shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose unrelated to the entrustment without the customer's written consent.

(三)    參與本實驗室測試活動之所有人員，皆應聲明對測試工作過程中獲得的所有信息保密，但國家法律有要求者除外。

All personnel participating in the testing activities of this laboratory shall declare that all information obtained during the testing process will be kept confidential, unless required by national law.
